Review Guidelines

RedAlertCheck reviews must be honest, relevant, respectful, and based on genuine experiences or clearly explained research. These guidelines protect consumers, businesses, reviewers, and the integrity of the platform.

What Makes a Review Acceptable

A good review helps others understand a real experience or a reasonable reputation concern. It should explain what happened, identify the product or service involved, and avoid unnecessary personal attacks.

Base your review on a genuine experience or clearly stated research

       Be specific and relevant

       Use respectful language

       Separate facts from opinions

       Avoid publishing private personal information

Update your review if the situation changes

Prohibited Review Content

RedAlertCheck may remove or restrict content that violates these guidelines or creates legal, privacy, safety, or platform-integrity concerns.

Fake, purchased, or AI-generated reviews presented as personal experience

Reviews written by competitors to damage a business

Reviews written by owners, employees, or affiliates without disclosure

Threats, hate speech, harassment, or personal attacks

Private information such as addresses, phone numbers, payment data, or medical details

Defamatory claims presented as fact without support

Spam, promotional links, or irrelevant content

       Duplicate reviews or coordinated campaigns

Rules for Businesses

Businesses must not manipulate reviews or pressure customers into only leaving positive feedback. Review invitations should be neutral, fair, and available to customers regardless of whether their experience was positive or negative.

       Do not buy fake reviews

Do not offer incentives for positive reviews

Do not threaten reviewers for honest criticism

Do not post reviews about your own business as a customer

       Do not review competitors dishonestly

Do not misuse reporting tools to suppress legitimate criticism

Reporting a Review

Users and businesses may report reviews they believe violate RedAlertCheck policies. Reports should explain the concern and include relevant evidence. Reporting a review does not guarantee removal.

Moderation Outcomes

After review, RedAlertCheck may leave the content unchanged, request additional information, edit or hide specific details, remove the review, restrict an account, or add context to a profile.

Report a review if you believe it violates our guidelines or appears fake, abusive, or misleading.

RedAlertCheck does not guarantee that every review is accurate, complete, or verified. Reviews are user-generated or reviewer-generated content and should be considered alongside other due diligence.
