reviewer features, and related services. By using RedAlertCheck, you agree to

Users must provide accurate information and
are responsible for all activity under their account. You may not impersonate
another person, misrepresent business ownership, create fake accounts, or use
the platform for unlawful or abusive purposes.
Users agree to use RedAlertCheck lawfully,
respectfully, and honestly. The platform may not be used to manipulate reviews,
harass users, publish knowingly false information, scrape content without
permission, or interfere with platform security.

RedAlertCheck may create or display business
profiles based on public information, user submissions, business claims,
third-party data, or platform research. A business may request to claim or
update a profile, but RedAlertCheck retains discretion over profile content,
trust indicators, moderation, and editorial analysis.
Paid services may include business profile
features, verification tools, visibility services, review checks, press
distribution, or reputation monitoring. Paid services do not purchase positive
reviews, favorable verdicts, guaranteed ratings, or removal of legitimate
criticism.
RedAlertCheck may remove, restrict, edit,
label, investigate, or refuse content that violates policies, appears
fraudulent, creates legal risk, or undermines platform integrity. We may also
suspend or terminate accounts for misuse.
The RedAlertCheck name, design, platform
structure, reports, verdict format, icons, trademarks, and original content are
protected by intellectual property rights. Users may not copy, reproduce, sell,
or exploit platform content without permission, except as allowed by law or
express platform features.
RedAlertCheck content is provided for
informational purposes only. It is not legal, financial, investment,
compliance, or professional advice. Users should consult qualified
professionals before making high-risk decisions.
To the maximum extent permitted by law,
RedAlertCheck is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special,
punitive, or business-loss damages arising from use of the platform, reliance
on reviews, user-generated content, technical issues, or third-party conduct.
